New Yorker Lady GaGa had his kingdom in the UK charts come to an end with Lily Allen claim the number one spot this week with his latest single The Fear. The single entered the charts at 168 last week and since then has made the great leap claim the number one spot.. Fear marks Lily second number one single in the Official Singles Chart, having already reached the top in 2006 with her debut single Smile.
